Squixr Creator Terms

These Creator Terms are part of the Squixr Terms of Service between you and Antiluna AB (company registration number 559585-5403, "Antiluna", "we", "us"). They apply when you publish content, run or moderate a Space, receive gifts, Nuggets or other support from other users, use sponsored posts or featured spots, or use the creator dashboard or any other creator feature (together, "Creator Features"). If these Creator Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Creator Terms apply to Creator Features.
1. No payments, earnings or employment
- Creator Features do not give you any right to payment, revenue share, earnings or other compensation from Antiluna, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you.
- Gifts, Nuggets, Gems, XP, badges, rankings, views, followers and other support or metrics are Virtual Items or indicators within the Service. They have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or transferred outside the Service.
- Any future monetisation, payout or cash-out feature will be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements (including age and identity verification) and our approval. We have no obligation to introduce such features.
- Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between you and Antiluna.
2. Your responsibilities as a creator
- You are solely responsible for your content, your Space and your conduct, and for complying with the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
- You must clearly disclose advertising, sponsorships, paid partnerships, affiliate links and gifted products in accordance with the Swedish Marketing Practices Act and other applicable marketing laws. Advertising must be identifiable as advertising.
- You must not make false, misleading or unlawful claims about products, services, health, finances or yourself.
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees, permits or reporting obligations that arise from your activities, including any income you receive from third parties.
- You must not ask other users for money, Gems, gifts or personal information in exchange for content or favours, or run giveaways, lotteries or competitions that break the law.
3. Spaces
- When you create a Space, you become its owner. You may appoint moderators and set additional rules that comply with our Terms and Community Guidelines.
- Space owners and moderators must take reasonable steps to keep their Spaces free from illegal and prohibited content, act on reports they receive and not abuse moderation tools.
- We may remove, restrict, transfer, archive or delete any Space, change its owner or moderators, or override their decisions at any time, for example if the Space breaks our rules, is inactive or poses a risk.
- You do not own a Space, its name, its members or its content created by others. Space names and URLs may be reclaimed.
4. Content rights
- You confirm that you have all rights needed for the content you publish, including music, images, video footage, trademarks and the consent of people who appear in it.
- The licence you grant Antiluna in the Terms of Service also allows us to feature, highlight and promote your content and your Space within the Service and in our marketing of Squixr, with attribution where reasonable.
- When you choose a usage-rights option for your content (such as remix allowed or a Creative Commons licence), other users may reuse your content according to that choice. You are responsible for choosing correctly.
- We may label, link or credit original content and handle re-uploads and duplicates using automated detection, at our discretion.
5. Sponsored posts and featured spots
- Sponsored posts and featured spots are paid for with Gems and are subject to our review. We may reject, limit, pause or remove them at any time, including after they have started, without compensation where they break our rules.
- We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, followers or any other result.
- You are responsible for the content of your sponsored posts and for the websites they link to.
6. Metrics and dashboard
Statistics in the creator dashboard and elsewhere in the Service are estimates provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or corrected, and you must not rely on them for any commercial purpose.
7. Suspension and changes
- We may suspend, restrict or remove Creator Features, or your access to them, at any time, including for breaches of these Creator Terms or our other terms, suspected fraud or manipulation, or for business reasons.
- We may change these Creator Terms as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Liability
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to Creator Features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiluna is not liable for any loss of income, opportunity, audience, followers, reputation or data connected with Creator Features, or for any decision by us or by Space moderators to remove, restrict or demote content or Spaces.
