Squixr Age and Safety Policy

This policy is part of the Squixr Terms of Service between you and Antiluna AB (company registration number 559585-5403). It explains our age requirements and how we work to keep the Service safe.
1. Minimum age
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Squixr.
- You must give your true date of birth when you sign up. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of our Terms and leads to termination of the account.
- Some features, such as creating posts, joining World Chat or future monetisation features, may require a higher age or additional age assurance.
2. How we check age
- At sign-up we ask for your date of birth and check it against our minimum age (self-declaration).
- We may introduce additional age assurance methods, such as BankID or the EU Digital Identity Wallet, and may require them for certain features or if we have reason to doubt the age given.
- If we have reason to believe that a user is under 16, we will suspend the account and may ask for proof of age. If proof is not provided, the account and its data will be deleted.
- No age check is perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiluna is not liable for users who give false information about their age.
3. Users under 18
- Users aged 16 and 17 may use Squixr, but should do so with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
- We do not show advertising based on profiling to users we know to be under 18.
- We work to protect minors from content that is harmful to them, and we may restrict features or content for users under 18.

4. Safety measures
- Clear rules in our Community Guidelines, with strict enforcement against illegal content, sexual content involving minors, grooming, harassment and threats.
- Reporting tools on content, profiles and messages, and a way to appeal decisions.
- Automated tools and human review to detect spam, abuse, re-uploads and content that breaks our rules.
- Privacy settings that let you control who can see your profile, send you friend requests and message you, and the ability to block users.
- End-to-end encryption of private chat content in supported clients.
- Labelling of AI features, so you know when you interact with an AI and not a human.
5. Your own safety
- Never share passwords, sign-in codes, your address, phone number, identity documents or financial details with other users.
- Be careful about meeting people you have met online. Never meet alone, and tell someone you trust.
- Be aware that people online may not be who they say they are.
- Block and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe, pressures you, asks for sexual images or offers money, gifts or Gems in exchange for anything.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services (112 in the EU). In Sweden you can also contact the police on 114 14, and young people can get support from BRIS (www.bris.se).
6. Cooperation with authorities
We report child sexual abuse material and other serious crimes to the police and cooperate with authorities as required by law. We may preserve and disclose information to protect users and the public.
7. Limitations
We work actively to keep Squixr safe, but we cannot monitor all content or prevent all harmful behaviour. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to this policy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
